Warm-Up:
Pray:
“Jesus, You took on flesh, and Your flesh was torn apart in order to keep Your covenant promises to Abraham and me. You are the covenant-keeper. You offered Yourself for me. When I receive communion, Your body and blood, I remember the promise you kept—the covenant. You did it all for the forgiveness of my sins. You are the Lamb of God, and Your sacrifice was what locked down Your promises for me.”
Round 1:
Read Genesis 15:6-21. highlight/underline/write out what stands out to you.
Round 2:
Here’s an incomplete list of god’s promises. Read over them and write down the ones that you are struggling to believe right now:

Round 3:
Read 2 Corinthians 1:19-22. highlight/write out what stands out to you:
For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silas and Timothy—was not “Yes” and “No,” but in him it has always been “Yes.” For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Burn Out:
Set a timer for 3 minutes and go through the list of promises from Round 2 again. Ask God to help you with the ones you are struggling to believe. Praise Him that all His promises are yours because of Jesus.
