Day 7: Active Recovery

Today is the first of two ACTIVE RECOVERY days in a row. Active recovery is a less intense day but still productive.

If you are behind in the workouts, use today to go back and catch up.

If you are caught up, take some time to review your journal and look over the ground you’ve covered. Read through your notes and underline, circle or highlight the things that stand out to you or that you want to remember.

  • What was insightful?

  • What did God show you?

  • Which workout was your favorite?

Read Nehemiah 1:1-11. This will take you less than 3 minutes if you read slowly.
