Day 29: Active Recovery Part 2

TODAY IS THE second OF TWO ACTIVE RECOVERY DAYS IN A ROW. ACTIVE RECOVERY IS A LESS INTENSE DAY BUT STILL PRODUCTIVE.

If you are behind in the workouts, use today to go back and catch up.

If you are caught up, take some time to review your journal and look over the ground you’ve covered. Write down some notes from that past several days:

  • Day 23, Round 3: What is the BETTER story you see?

  • Day 24, Round 4: What thoughts did you quit thinking?

  • Day 25, Round 3: What words did you quit using?

  • Day 26: How did if feel to back off and trust God?

  • Day 27: How does it feel to be moving forward with God before you and behind you?

Pray:

God, thank you for inspiring me to quit some things this week. As I step into this next phase, help me see that my confidence and strength comes from You. Remind me that I can trust Your plan even when I have a lot to work on. I’m keeping my eyes focused on You!

Look at your calendar for the coming week. Make sure you have your time with God plotted out and protected.
