Today is the first of two ACTIVE RECOVERY days in a row. Active recovery is a less intense day but still productive.

If you are behind in the workouts, use today to go back and catch up.

If you are caught up, take some time to review your journal and look over the ground you’ve covered. Read through your notes and underline, circle or highlight the things that stand out to you. Some ideas to jot down in your journal:

  • Before God can change the world around me He changes the world inside me.

  • My imperfection qualifies me for needing a Savior.

  • Repentance moves me from sinner to servant.

  • Although I may fall short, my focus is to live out of my identity as a servant of God.

  • I have multiple roles but I am a servant of God above all else.

  • Roles are my temporary assignments.

  • Jesus promised the Holy Spirit to me.

  • The Holy Spirit brings power to me.

  • The Holy Spirit is a catalyst for change in me.
