Warm Up:

Repeat the Prayer from yesterday:

“Praise be to you, Lord, the God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name. Amen.”

Round 1:

*jesus and the glory of god—pray this:

“Jesus, You are God (John 1:1), the Word who became flesh (John 1:14), who came and made the invisible God visible (Colossians 1:15), who came to show us the exact imprint of God’s nature (Hebrews 1:3), who came to show us the Father in Yourself (John 14:7-14), who came that the love of God might be made real (1 John 4:9) – You did all of this because You came to glorify the Father (John 17:4). I pray in Your name, because You are the way to the Father. Thank you!”

Round 2:

*The glory of god and you—pray this:

“Father, You saved me so I might live for You (2 Corinthians 5:15, Hebrews 9:14). I am called to obedience by the power of Jesus and for Your name’s sake (Romans 1:5). In everything I do, even in simple things like eating and drinking, I am commanded to do it all for Your glory (1 Corinthians 10:31). Jesus sought to be glorified so he would glorify You (John 17:1). Jesus died on the cross to glorify You (John 12:27-28). The way Jesus has blessed me is by allowing me to see His glory (John 17:24). And Jesus is the head of the church so that in everything He would have supremacy (Colossians 1:18).”

Round 3:

*the glory of god forever—pray this:

“When I am living in the New Jerusalem at the renewal of all things, Your glory will replace the sun and be our light forever (Revelations 21:23). There is no doubt, You deserve all glory for Yourself (John 8:50), for from You and through You and for You are all things, so to You be the glory forever! Amen (Romans 11:36).”
