TODAY IS THE FIRST OF TWO ACTIVE RECOVERY DAYS IN A ROW. ACTIVE RECOVERY IS A LESS INTENSE DAY BUT STILL PRODUCTIVE.

If you are behind in the workouts, use today to go back and catch up.

Either way, take some time to chill today:

  1. Trust that God is working even if you can’t see it or feel it.

  2. Rest in the fact that God is preparing the way before you and defending the way behind you.

  3. Know that the battle is the Lord’s and He always wins.

  4. Remember that You are a servant of God so you win too.

  5. Thank God for the “better story” He is calling you to pursue.

Write out this prayer:

“Lord, opposition doesn’t come because I am doing something wrong, it comes because I am doing something right. Help me remember this. You have placed unique core values inside me—through your Spirit, these values are designed to overpower any opposition that comes at me. I am more than a conqueror through Christ! Amen.” —[Sign Your Name]

Look at your calendar for the coming week. Make sure you have your time with God plotted out and protected.

Optional Bonus Round:

Here are some passages we touched on this week. Look some or all of these up and read through them again.

Nehemiah 2:19-20

Nehemiah 3

2 Corinthians 11:24-27

Ephesians 6:10-17

Nehemiah 4:1-12

1 John 4:4

Romans 8:31

Romans 8:37-39

Psalm 62:5-8

Sometime this week:

Spend some time with God to identify your unique core values. Go back and complete Day 34.
